I use this for my mopping my tile and hardwood floors in my home. I love it and it's so easy to use. The floors feel cleaner even after just one use! Worth every penny!!!

I use the steam mop on my laminated floors, granite floors as well as my hard wood floors. It does a great job on all of them. It is easy to use as well. I like the swivel action of the mop; easy to maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer to clean with disposable pads. If you use it on the rug stays wet for a long time and it dost not clean fresh spots or old spots I like how much dirt comes out of hard floors

THE product is awesome! The only downfall is I haven't even had it for 2 months and the black adapter that you put on the water bottle broke so now I have to order another one! But overall a great steamer; light and efficient!

Love my Bissell steam cleaner. Reviews convinced me that the Bissell 1940 was the best steam cleaner for home use and they were correct. My laminate and tile floors have never been cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this steam mop! While this moo steams very well I did notice that the water leaked out of the tank after it sat while not in use. Perhaps I did not tighten the cap enough. We will wait to see
