[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love bissell products but this product I did not like. I had to push the button several times before it would turn on or change to the different steam levels. Also it left the floors very wet.

I love it! It makes cleaning up after three dogs so much easier. The fresh secent leaves the house smelling clean and fresh and not perfumed. The mop pads are easily cleaned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very lightweight. Continuous steam without having to pump. Three steam settings for both my laminate and tile floors. Easy to push. Not a fan of the smell of the fragrance discs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use on tile and hardwood floors. Pros: It produces enough steam, long cord, swivels. Con: It has a small water container compared to other Upright steamers. It needs to be bigger.
