I Like the steam mop, hope it holds up, at least Bissell has replaceement parts. The last H2O mop had no replacement water container so had to toss it even though it still heated. If it holds up I would give the bissel a 5 star.

Use on laminate and tile floors. Cleans so much better than my old steam mop (different brand). Really like the 3 settings and the fact that it has a constant steam stream. Really good value for the price.

I think the steamer does a good job. It seems to me that the heavier scrubber pad does clean better. Proof will be when we really got into the snow and ice tracks on the kitchen floor. But as of now I am pleased.

great little steam mop. I have 4 big dogs and lots of mess on the floor. makes my life easier. haven't used it long enough to see if will damage our hardwood floors....hoping it doesn't

I have a lot of tile floors and purchased this to help keep them clean as I live in the deserts of AZ where it is extremely dusty. I have used it twice and it works very well. Happy with the product so far.
