[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a little getting used to at first. It is fast and efficient. Don't forget to wash pads before using, I didn't and it left material behind from the terry pad.

I've had many brands of steam mops including Haan, steamfast, and Shark. This cleans so much better and easier than the other mops. It gets much hotter. I am very pleased.

THE product is awesome! The only downfall is I haven't even had it for 2 months and the black adapter that you put on the water bottle broke so now I have to order another one! But overall a great steamer; light and efficient!

I use on tile floors throughout the house. I really like it but it emits a little too much steam and I need to then dry the floors with a towel. However, I do like the product. It seems to get a lot of dirt I did not know existed.
