[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product! I have had a floor steamer before, not this brand, and I disliked it ! This brand is so great I bought one for each of my children !

The steam mop is very easy to fill with water. And I like the three steam levels, and the swiveled head to get around the toilets. Very happy with the product.

This is a replacement from the one I had previously, which is a similar model. The previous steamer handle broke but the it still worked. Bissell products are the best.

This is my first steam mop. It is easy to set up, easy to use. The button system is a little odd at first, but not hard to use. Refilling and cleaning have been easy.

We use this on 3500 sf of Hardwood floors works better then mop. Note: The design on the water tank can use some improvement start by adding extruded handle. Also placement on the power / steam settings should be located on the Handel.

I love the way it cleans my living room wood floor and kitchen tiles. It's light weight and easy to move around the house and also clean the staircase.
