[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a couple weeks ago and used it twice only. The knocking sound is annoying and it doesn't go away as mentioned on the website. The steam is weak. Pack to return.

I use this on my vinyl kitchen floor. It does a good job and it's easier than a bucket and sponge mop which has to be rinsed and squeezed so many times. I love it.

I Like the steam mop, hope it holds up, at least Bissell has replaceement parts. The last H2O mop had no replacement water container so had to toss it even though it still heated. If it holds up I would give the bissel a 5 star.

The steam mop is very easy to fill with water. And I like the three steam levels, and the swiveled head to get around the toilets. Very happy with the product.
