Great price but I find them pretty big, even when you break them in half I have a hard time swallowing them. I literally feel them, most times they feel like they are getting stuck. Not sure If I can take all 180 of them because of this.

These freaking things are horse pills. Specifically formulated to make you choke every time and be left with the unsettling feeling of a pill lodged sideways halfway down your throat for the rest of the day. I had to throw them out.

These are useless! The pills are huge and I've been taking them since January and my quality of sleep has not improved. They do nothing for me. I will stick with capsules and will never order these horse pills ever again!

This was a great buy. I take them at night and they relax me. However, I have been waking up feeling exhausted. I feel so sleepy like a hangover. I have taken other types and dont feel this way.

I received this product as part of the star review club. As a person you suffers from both bad knees and nerve damage, I was excited to try this pill. When I first opened the bottle, I was disappointed that it was a rather large pill and requires you to take two a day. I’m not much of a pill taker but I grabbed a Gatorade and they both went down smoothly. After 3 weeks of trying this pill, I feel better getting out of bed, can accomplish more during the day and can fall asleep better. All in all, despite the size of the pills, I think I will continue to take them due to the benefits recieved.

Great product for an even better price point. I was just recently told to up my magnesium due to family heart issues. This product fits the bill. The only issue I have with it, is the size of the pills. I swear they are horse pills! lol I know most vitamins tend to be larger, so I must break this one in half to swallow. Other than that-I love them so far.

I have been taking this for 3 weeks. I can tell a difference in my sleep and stress level but it is not an extreme difference. I do hope it is helping strengthen bones as I am getting older. I will keep taking these for better sleep. The pills are large and harder to swallow if you have issues with that.
