Since hitting menopause in my early 40’s, I got desperate to get a remedy for my nighttime easy arousal due to hot flashes. After doing some research, I learned that magnesium glycinate is the best form for easy absorption by our body. The added L-theanine is icing on the cake. I take it an hour before sleep and when I start to feel drowsy, it is time to say nighty-night, and I get sweet, vivid dreams.

Works well to relax and sleep better but these pills are bigger and harder to swallow than other brands.

I had read online that magnnesium bone and heart health. I have RA and thought might help with inflammation. After taking these for awhile now feeling great. Will know more after blood test if helped lower sugar. Only complaint the pills are huge!!!

Definitely a good product to have to add to your morning or nightly routine. So side effects and it is a great price for the purchase. I will definitely buy this product again when this bottle runs out.

I’ve been alternating this magnesium glycinate with regular magnesium to cover all my body’s magnesium needs. I’m so glad this is available as this isn’t a common magnesium form easy to find but it is essential.

A doctor suggested magnesium to help with relaxation at bedtime. The pill size is good and they are easy to swallow. I’ve been taking these for about a week and have had no adverse effects. The bottle is easy to open although it is not child proof.
