Member's Mark Magnesium Glycinate with L-Theanine Tablets, 180 ct.

I am unable to use because of the issue that it may up my triglycerides. They were doing the job they were supposed to do.

Triglycerides issue

I almost choked on these massive horse pills. I've never had an issue swallowing pills before - maybe because these are so huge as well as chalky, so they stick in your throat? I tried cutting them in half, but they end-up still being relatively large, as well as sharp/pointy after cutting. Just could NOT swallow them. What a waste. They should make them half the size and double the number of pills per bottle. I'd rather take twice as many pills than risk choking.

Serious CHOKING HAZZARD

I have been taking these for almost six months. They are a vital part of my nightly supplementation routine. They help me sleep better and the added L-Theanine is a bonus. I can absolutely tell a difference when I don't have my magnesium. I am prone to leg cramps when I'm dehydrated and these keep that from happening. Overall, I enjoy taking these a lot.
