Pills are too large and frequently get stuck in my throat. I will be buying a different brand.

This was recommended by my urologist for sleep and get on a regular routine for bowel movements. It seems to work very well.

Very affordable magnesium and i appreciate the L-Theanine added. I really hope Sam's Club does NOT discontinue this one.

Thought I try this out for Ranauds. Looks good so far but causes excessive sweating especially overnight. So reduced the dosage to once a day.

I got this to help naturally treat anxiety and sleep better. The pill has been amazing and works well. Unfortunately it is HUGE & very hard to swallow. Really hoping they come out with a smaller pill, or gummy version.

The dosage of my previous bottle was 400mg and I assumed this one is at least that but it turns out in the super fine print that it’s only 200 mg. And so I’d have to take 2 of these huge tablets so it turns out not to be the bargain I thought.

I love this brand but this time I'm not impressed. It's good if you take a bunch of them which does not make sense. The pills are big and not as easy to swallow, so taking so many is not ideal. It's not effective for me at all and I don't feel like it's actually working on me even though I've been taking more.

These pills are HUGE and I mean GIANT, so big I literally cannot swallow them and not to mention, they are dry and chalky so they stick to the first thing they come in contact with because there is no coating on them. I have never had an issue swallowing pills so this was a first. The actual dimensions are 3/4" x 1/4". That may not seem very big until you try and swallow it, so use caution. Needless to say, I can't take them. Two stars are for a decent price point, but I'll have to find another brand.

I was unable to sleep and when I tried using melatonin...I was able to sleep for 2 hrs only, waking up during the night and was unable to go back to sleep for 3 days straight...not until I stopped using it that I felt better...This brand is horrible, I will stick with the other brands I normally use.....I threw it in the trash after speaking with a pharmacist...

Good product. Personally would like better without LTheanine
