Pills are too large and frequently get stuck in my throat. I will be buying a different brand.

Great price but I find them pretty big, even when you break them in half I have a hard time swallowing them. I literally feel them, most times they feel like they are getting stuck. Not sure If I can take all 180 of them because of this.

The dosage of my previous bottle was 400mg and I assumed this one is at least that but it turns out in the super fine print that it’s only 200 mg. And so I’d have to take 2 of these huge tablets so it turns out not to be the bargain I thought.

Always check the dosage!

It seems like everyday I've taken these I've had runny bowel movements constantly everyday. What's the other kind I was using I never had that problem

I started taking the Member’s Mark Magnesium Glycinate with L-Theanine Tablets a few weeks ago, mostly in the evenings before bed. I first tried them on a stressful workday and noticed that within about an hour, I felt calmer and more relaxed. Since then, I’ve made them part of my nightly routine, and they’ve helped me wind down after long days.

I really like that these tablets combine magnesium glycinate, which is gentle on the stomach, with L-theanine, which supports relaxation. I didn’t experience any digestive upset, which I sometimes get with other forms of magnesium. The size of the tablets is manageable, and they’re easy to swallow with water. I also appreciate the large 180-count bottle, since it provides a good supply at a reasonable value.

One dislike is that I wish the tablets were coated, as they can taste slightly chalky if they sit on your tongue too long. Also, while I felt a difference in relaxation, it took several days of consistent use to notice the full benefits.
