Works well to relax and sleep better but these pills are bigger and harder to swallow than other brands.

The pills are kind of large. But I’m only taking for a couple weeks and I can’t really seem to say that I feel a difference in myself. Maybe it works differently for anybody else. But it’s probably not something I would buy again.

I like that this product supports heart, bone, nerve and muscle health. The magnesium is also good for combating headaches. I also like that the tablets are easy on the stomach. These are available for a very reasonable price at Sam's.

Definitely a good product to have to add to your morning or nightly routine. So side effects and it is a great price for the purchase. I will definitely buy this product again when this bottle runs out.

Personally I don't care for these. I figured it was worth a try but I think the capsule high absorption work much more effectively. Yes, the capsules are more expensive but I definitely think they work better.

This product was easy to swallow, but the instructions say to take with food. I had a hard time remembering to take this product when eating. I was hoping that this product would provide sleeping benefits but I didn’t notice any difference.

This Magnesium supplement is top quality and extremely effective. My son has ADHD and he takes this supplement. It help him stay calm throughout the day at school. I take it before bedtime and helps me sleep great!
