This Magnesium supplement is top quality and extremely effective. My son has ADHD and he takes this supplement. It help him stay calm throughout the day at school. I take it before bedtime and helps me sleep great!

These are useless! The pills are huge and I’ve been taking them since January and my quality of sleep has not improved. They do nothing for me. I will stick with capsules and will never order these horse pills ever again!

It is great that the magnesium and l-theanine are combined. As a chronic bad sleeper for over 20 years,this combo is the ticket. I also add gaba but that's another story. Yes,the pills are large so that's the only drawback.But they help provide me with the restful sleep I need. I take them an hour before bedtime so I have time to get them down my gullet :) Very happy with these and better price than buying separately.
