Since getting the Tempur-Adapt Medium Hybrid, my lower back pain and neck pain have improved. We paired the mattress with an Ergo-Smart base and love the ability to adjust the head and feet of the mattress. I am a side and back sleeper and the mattress conforms well to either sleeping position.

But once I adjusted to this mattress, it has been smooth sailing ever since. No more tossing and turning, no more waking up in the middle of the night! I wake up rested and refreshed, and no aching back. The mattress conforms to my body and supports every inch. After five long years of sleeping on a miserable Serta Willowbrook that broke down just after the grace period expired, I'm finally getting the good nights sleep I needed. I had slept on the original Tempur-Pedic mattress for 19 years and wanted a similar feel and support. The Adapt medium provides that. I didn't have a problem with the old mattress being too warm so I didn't opt for a cooler mattress- so far I have not regretted that choice. I am a big guy- 6'6" and 250 lb - and a side sleeper. I continue to evaluate it knowing I can exchange my mattress for a cooling one during the trial period. The adjustable base is wonderful- great way to watch movies.

I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing bed. I thought the sales rep was kidding when he said that the bed will put you in deep sleep minutes after laying in it. Boy was he right ! We went from a full size pillow too to a king size temp hybrid. This purchase was a phenomenal investment !

Before, he would wake up in the middle of the night constantly to toss and turn; but now, he sleeps like a rock. We both have chronic back pain and now we don't cringe with pain when we wake up. Unbelievable! We loved it so much I recommended it to my parents. Needless to say, my dad is no longer complaining about his bed giving him backaches.

I bought the Medium Adapt Hybrid mattress with the adjustable base, pillows and sheets....and I LOVE all of them! After doing quite a bit of research, I know I made the best decision. My family and friends have asked me about the bed and I know some are on their way to enjoying and experiencing this sleep-changing qaulity product.

The company honored our prior owned queen mattress on an adjustable frame with a credit toward a new Adapt Medium Hybrid. It fits the old frame and we find it very comfortable and we are especially happy with the additional support on the sides of the mattress.

Finally convinced my better half we needed to upgrade our bed. We went with a split king with adjustable bases. Finally a bigger and better, bed. We both love it. My spouse who was hesitant about spending so much money said he would gladly do it all over again. The best nights sleep we have had in years. The adjustment period was a breeze because we already had an inferior queen memory foam bed. My spouse said she sleeps 300% better.

So I must say, when we first got our mattress it was definitely on the more firmer end. My first night sleeping on it I got a little disappointed. My sales rep Zach, told me it would get softer and had a break In period. I was a little worried at first that we bought the wrong mattress, and online there is a lot of mixed reviews about the mattress being "broken in". I did love the feel of the tempur adapt comfort layer on top. Compared to laying on other tempurpedic mattresses, the adapt had a great feel. Plus it's cooling which was a bonus. I do sleep hot and I do not with this mattress. So in store the mattress was considerably softer that they had on display. Given our first impressions of the mattress we had delivered was a little disappointing. However about 3 weeks into sleeping on it, I notice a difference in feel and the foam has softened up. Honestly, it's just the right amount of support, not too soft. It feels closer to what we laid on in store. I'd say it's a true medium feel and you do sink in just the right amount that it doesn't feel like you're in a hole. I don't wake up sore like I did with my previous spring mattress. My only complaint is that I wish the mattress was a little thicker. It's 11''. My husband is about 230lbs, and he does sink more into the mattress, so I'm hoping overtime he continues to get the support he needs. We are more side sleepers than anything and we do get support but it's most comfortable on our backs. Especially, with my husband being heavier, he doesn't feel as comfortable on his side like he does his back. After sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks, I've rolled onto the center of mattress where no one lays to test the difference, and the foam is definitely more responsive and soft! We are happy with our purchase and enjoy our bed much more! It's a peace of mind knowing it's a quality and supportive product. No more waking up sore and stiff. Occasional aches, which can be due to just sleeping funny or not the right pillow! We are happy and the mattress will soften a bit over time.

I had an older Tempurpedic but sold it when I moved from the Caribbean. It was perfect. I thought the Adapt medium would be right, but it's not. It's just a bit firm and I'm waking several times during the night and in the morning with a backache. Thanks to the 90 night trial, I will be exchanging it for an Adapt medium hybrid. It was more comfortable in the store but was not available when I bought the mattress. I'm hoping this will the one.
