When I tried lying down on the bed at the store and I was not so sure whether this type of bed is good for me or not, but I tried it after delivery of the product for a week, Tempur-Adapt Medium is just the right firmness for my body, especially on my back. I am happy about purchasing the mattress.

We'd been experiencing significant sag in our 5 year old spring mattress and first replaced with a hybrid purchased online. I've had back pain for months and it just got worse with the new mattress. I thought the pain might be more than a mattress alone could fix, but still decided to return it and replace with the more expensive Tempurpedic Hybrid. My back pain was gone within 2 days and has not returned. I didn't know that was possible and I'm now officially a Tempurpedic convert. The mattress did at first feel quite a bit firmer than the store one we laid on, but it has softened up a lot in the first few weeks.

We're sleeping very well after our purchase. Super stoked Magdi Ahmed was patient with us while we were in the La Jolla store. He educated us about the different beds and let us try all the beds before we made our decision. He was also knowledgeable about which pillows worked well with sleeping positions and mattress style, very helpful. So far we are very pleased with our decision to buy a Tempurpedic!

Just purchased our first Tempur-Pedic bed. Upon entering, every sales associate greeted us. Vince took us to four different mattresses, explaining all with expertise. I did not feel pressured, rather I felt like a guest whose needs were trying to be met with professionalism and accuracy. From there Vince showed us several pillow styles until we found the one that best matched our mattress selection. Finally, Vince turned into Al Buddy as he patiently helped me find a pair of slippers that were both cute and comfortable. Finally, the manager Paul helped with finalizing the transaction, both ensuring that everything was correct and that we were highly satisfied before leaving. I'm very excited to try our new bed but based on the store experience I feel confident we will sleep very well! As for customer service, Vince knocked it out of the park! I noticed improved sleep while using this mattress as well as reduced motion from my partner during movements throughout the night. Initially I was skeptical about a memory foam mattress but the Tempur Adapt has made me a fan. I highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a great night's sleep. My only con for the Tempur Adapt Medium is the low profile of the mattress. I'm use to a thicker mattress so I felt like I was too close to the floor. Otherwise, this is a superb mattress.

Having the adapt Tempur-pedic mattress and the adjustable bed frame is so wonderful for my rest. having been extremely active my whole life and now challenged with rheumatoid arthritis When I lay in this bed it's like him being cradled with the support just where I need it for the best sleep and comfort

Since I have been sleeping on this it has greatly improved my sleeping as well as back/hip pain. It's just the right amount of support between soft and medium. I also like the amount of motion transfer it has. It keeps us from disturbing each other at night. I find that I don't wake up as much during the night anymore. This is a great mattress for the price. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

We had a memory foam mattress for 15 years and struggled with the fact that it was too hot, although comfortable. Tried every topper and cover possible. So, we went ahead and were talked into this one and it's still hot! Rooms to go will not return calls so we can return, I guess we are stuck once again, rolling over to find a cool spot
