Great product

We just got ours delivered today. In 8 hours, we have been able to do three loads of laundry- including one that was towels and jeans. I think the trick is to not overload the machine. It is amazing.

Don't buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does not wash and dry in 2 hours ever. In fact I have only had this for 5 months and now it is not drying at all.

would definitely purchase again

This is definitely a space saving unit. I do wish there was a way to move the door to open fro right to left. Did figure out the hard way where all the lint goes that does t get trapped in the lint catcher! Overall i'm very happy with this product

Perfect for busy families!

I love the fact that we can start a load and not have to come home to switch out the laundry. It's done all in one sitting. We can lave and come back home to washed AND dried clothes.

Don’t buy unless you have lots of time and $$$.

Lint filter, most difficult to remove and clean. Does not engage easily to replace filter after cleaned. Major repair problem. Major appliance manufacturer Defect.Assembly easily broken, especially if you’re not mechanically inclined.

Great idea, bad execution.

The performance is horrible. It worked great for all of a month and now the dryer portion is useless. I had to by another dryer because this thing was taking hours to dry small loads.

This is our second washer/dryer with this one working as advertised. The first one was a trial in frustration with it not working correctly and slow service by LG.
