[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new LG combo. It is very quiet. I live in an apartment on the third floor and I was concerned about noise and vibrations. It is also true to the advertising - I can wash and dry in two hours. I spent the extra $$ for the large capacity and the heat pump. It came damaged on the back and with some scratches and scuffs on the top and I would like to address that. Apart from that I'm very satisfied. I chose it over the GE similar product based on my research and am very satisfied so far.

I have had this unit for a few months now and it's performance surpassed my expectations. Previous iterations of the washer/dryer combo always fell short with absurd dry times and lint build up exasperating that issue. This model addresses that issue by having a removable lint filter. A few quick tips to ensure peak performance. First you want to make sure when you're doing laundry that your loads consist of similar materials. If you're mixing different styles of clothes and then selecting AI wash and dry, you will find that at times your clothes are not completely dry. Secondly you want to make sure you're doing proper maintenance on the unit. Leave the door open when you're done to keep the gasket fresh and clear lint/debris from tiny drain hole in the middle of the gasket. As stated above there is a lint filter on top of the unit, there's also a drain filter on the bottom. Clean the lint filter before every load and clean the drain filter every 3 weeks to a month. Finally to really get the most from this unit you want to be connected to LG's Thinq app. Not only does it allow you to download different cycles such as the Nighttime mode; where the cycle completes and will occasionally tumble so your clothes don't get wrinkled, but whenever there is a new software update, you will be able to update that as well. LG is definitely showing innovation with this one!!

We were able to put our clothes in and come home to washed and dried laundry. This all-in-one is perfect for busy families who aren't always home but need fresh clothes!

Disappointed. Lots of issues with the lint trap and dry time. Great when it works but it’s only been 6 months and if it lasts a few years I would be surprised. My ladt LG washer is 18 years old and still running ironically as my backup up for when the new has issues.

I bought this unit for my small business and mainly use it for towels and table clothes. I have found that it washes and drys just as effectively as a traditional unit would. I use the standard "wash+dry" cycle and like that I can start a load and leave without having to think about it! The unit has a fairly large drum allowing for larger loads and is perfect for anyone who doesn't have the space for a standard full-sized washer and dryer.

It cleans well and is super quiet, but drying takes longer, especially for bulky items. Perfect for small spaces, but expect some trial and error with settings.

This unit is great! Cuts stair climbing time in half because it's all in one! The basket is large sized for a large load if needed. The technology is a breeze to operate & it dries all types of clothes without shrinkage to delicate things! I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these units!!

We purchased this to save room and electricity (compared to normal separate washer/dryer) We ran into common long dry times and found how to correct them from different sources on the internet. We also currently have a leaking drain pump that is being replaced under warranty - started leaking about a month after install. Wish LG website had better troubleshooting and common issue help. Have to clean the condenser every couple wash/dry cycles, but there is a guard screwed on covered by sticker that has to be removed first. Also the unit can wash a larger load than it can dry, so washing smaller loads work better or separating the washed cloths into multiple dryer loads. Overall a good product so far, just different from normal washer/dryer pair.

We have had ours for a few months and I hate it! It might be great for a single person but for a family with dogs it sucks. The hair is always caked on the gasket. It is a nightmare to get it off of it too. It has never finished in 2 hours unless it’s the wash cycle only. It averages 3 hours 50 min. If I could trade it out I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am very impressed with this combo washer and dryer. I like that I can leave my clothes in one machine and it does everything. There are couple other good features, instead of adding your laundry soup every time you can instead pour it once and the machine will decide the right amount for each cycle. Other nice features are the customizable finishing tones and the AI feature for washing and drying. A couple things that I would like to see changed in the future: Make the lint trap easier to clean and change the design so it can't easily get stuck if the basket isn't perfectly on the tracks. Improve the drying for Delicate drying function, I had to change to regular heat since my clothes came out damp.
