It’s so good to be able to print something from my phone or tablet, and not have to get off and go to my laptop! So far it seems to be working great. If I have any complaints (and I haven’t gotten to that point yet) is the “memory” telling user that ink is empty because it does x amount of copies.

I was looking for an affordable printer with an ADF for scanning documents at home. This works for what I need. I’ve been pleased with the 3 HP Deskjets I’ve had over the past several years. I also really like the ink program. And I love the price for my latest printer.

Horrible printer. It waste paper by only partially printing at time. Printer wastes at least 25% of the paper ream by not printing the full document. Same issue when printer multiple pages, some pages a competely printer, while others are partial prints. It does not give any error. You will only find out of the partial printed pages when reviewing your printed document. Sometime it prints 30%, 50%, 95% of the document. Various degrees of partial printing. I have to print one page at a time to ensure my pages are fully printing and still get the same effect most of the time. How frustrating when I need to print out a least 20 pages at a time. This is a contant issue.

Inexpensive and that's the reason it is horrible. I have had a HP tech on the phone to get it to print from my IPHONE and NO doesn't work. I guess I'll just only print from my desk top. Go elsewhere and don't use HP. Brother printers are super. Bought this because of low price and I thought for a few print jobs around the house this would be fine. Wrong and don't try speaking the a person.

Do NOT buy this printer!!!! They will remotely stop it from working if you don't pay HP's monthly subscription!!! You're paying for your own printer, buying your own ink, and your own paper, but if you don't give them more money for a dang subscription they won't let you use something in YOUR HOUSE. Going straight to the dump tomorrow

Worthless piece of junk. I had a hard time trying to get it to print. it printed one page then it went off line for 5 minutes before it can print the next page. It keeps giving error messages so I would have to reconnect it every time I wanted to print something. The ink it comes with lasted less than 15 pages before running out of ink. Total Junk.

wifi technical issues even it's on and connected cant even use the printer due to the wifi issues on the printer same for a cord u connected from the printer to ur phone/or desktop even if it's on and connected like grrr scared and nervous and worried about this 😬😬😬😬😬

I remember when Windows printers were plug and play. You'd plug them in, software would automatically install and that was that. With this one, despite my 50 years of computer experience, it took an hour on the phone with a representative to get it fully set up (included instructions were almost exclusively pictorial, almost no words). Now, big problem is when I specify the number of copies I want printed, it ignores that number and prints out 2-3 copies (when I want way more). Plenty of paper, plenty of ink and no error messages. Then I call HP support AGAIN. Even though I tell the "AI" the problem with my HP printer, in its infinite wisdom (and unbeknownst to me), it transfers me to laptop support. I wait 30 minutes to get someone, who then transfers me to printer support. I am speaking with that person for 2-3 minutes (who does little more than parrot my description of the problem) ... and then the call is disconnected. He then calls me back and THAT call is almost instantly disconnected (and this time, he does NOT call me back). HP USED to be the gold standard of printers. Sam's must get a lot of these returned (as this one is going to be).

Finally an easy to use printer at a great sale price. My last Dell printer randomly stopped working and was in need of a printer quickly. Saw this one on sale and it was way more than a basic printer like my last one and near the same price! This baby prints, scans, and copies. Also the instant ink and paper program is fantastic. Highly recommend for the casual use printer.
