I haven't had the printer for too long, but I've been able to print and scan with no problems. I purchased this brand because of their long line of products and printers. Most of all I love that I'll be able to get 6 months of free ink!

It fails to tell u in the description no more than 2.5 GHz network capability. My wifi is 5GHz. Can't install at all. Waste of my time setting it up and come to find out it's for slow connections.

Junk, if you choose to NOT do the online ink. I purchased my own in cartridges (HP Brand). Only use a couple of times, no longer works because I won't purchase the ink subscription. I'm furious and frustrated.

This printer was very inconsistent. Sometimes it would print, many times it would not. I had to call HP for help numerous times and their solution was to keep sending me more ink- which didnt help at all. I returned it.

So low price but HP keeps you captive on their monthly ink membership, printer wasn't working because, initial promo expired and once I signed up for membership it started working again. Not happy about membership.

Complete garbage. Comes with no instructions in the box on how to set it up. Only a reference manual. Paper would not feed. The setup software is terrible and would not install on my wife's phone. Took it back the next day.

Didn't even think to look if it prints/copies double sided...well, it doesn't. Other than that, setup was relatively easy and straight forward. Has worked well so far.

Easy set up. I am a teacher and print items for my classroom. Both color and black/white ink are vibrant. Love the monthly auto ink refill option. Nice to not worry about running out of ink.

I have always owned HP printers, but at this point i wouldn't accept one even as a gift. A word of advise, do NOT sign up to have HP directly supply you with your ink or supplies. Buy your cartridges and paper from a retailer if you insist on owning an HP printer. Plus, set up was nothing short of a continuing nightmare. I moved recently, which afforded me the opportunity to throw mine away without a second of regret. I'm currently in the market for a new printer, and i can assure you it won't be an HP.

Horrible printer. It waste paper by only partially printing at time. Printer wastes at least 25% of the paper ream by not printing the full document. Same issue when printer multiple pages, some pages a competely printer, while others are partial prints. It does not give any error. You will only find out of the partial printed pages when reviewing your printed document. Sometime it prints 30%, 50%, 95% of the document. Various degrees of partial printing. I have to print one page at a time to ensure my pages are fully printing and still get the same effect most of the time. How frustrating when I need to print out a least 20 pages at a time. This is a contant issue.
