The Amylu Mushroom and Gouda Chicken Burgers really surprised me, in a good way. These burgers come in smaller-portioned packs, which is great for making smaller meals. I like the heartiness and the juiciness of these, and the flavor is what I would call an umami taste-rich and flavorful, not too spicy or dull. Recommend to try!

These new Amylu Chicken, Mushroom and Gouda burgers are very convenient. There are 10 burgers in the entire pack but they are separated into 2 in a pack. They are fully cooked and ready to heat and eat. I like that the chicken has no nitrates and is raised with no antibiotics. The Mushroom is not a prominent flavor, my kids who don't like mushrooms atecthese burgers. The cheese isn't too strong either, just a mild background flavor. The texture isn't my favorite, it's a chewy patty texture but I'm the only one at the table who thought that. We used these patties as burgers and for another meal, I sliced them and added to a Ceasar Salad. Both meals were very fast to make on a week night where I was looking for convenience.

Amazing! We enjoyed the heck out of these. Went back to get more and Sam's already removed them. Great flavor. Not over-seasoned. No excessive salt. These are among the best premade patties I have bought. (Ranks up there with the tuna burgers Sam's had 2 years ago and stopped carrying, also.) Seems like Sam's only keeps foods around if they have excessive salt, sugar, or artificial sweeteners.

They were something different. I wouldn't buy them again, but they weren't bad.
