[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is very simple and straight forward to use. Took about 5 minutes to unbox and hook up all of the parts. The vacuum is surprisingly very lightweight. It was easy to carry up stairs. Even though it was very light, it did a heavy duty job of cleaning carpets. I have a high end robot vacuum that runs a couple of times a week on the carpet. I used this upright vacuum the day after and vacuumed up a lot of pet hair and dust that the robot vacuum didn't get. I would recommend this vacuum as it is very portable and does a great job cleaning.

Tired of my Dyson Animal Ball 2 Total Clean units failing (4th in 5yrs) and while waiting for this last warranty repair, I bought an inexpensive Bissell to hold us over. Outperforms the Dyson. See pictures. 1st set was one room cleaning with the Dyson first and then immediately after with the Bissell. Bissell picked up just as much on the second pass. 2nd was an area rug with the Bissell first and then immediately after with the Dyson which didn't pick up any additional dirt. Also, the Bissell brush bar has yet to get any hair/pet fur stuck in it for the three times I have cleaned the house. Telling... I would detangle the Dyson after every use; sometimes after 1-2 rooms. Expect that I'll be much happier using the Bissell going forward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum works wonderfully on both my tile and my carpet floors. Has a wide head to less pass overs to get the dirt and fur. In addition the vacuum itself works great on my fur collecting couch as well as the attachments!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light weight vacuum is pretry good for the size and weight. I was able to get my rug a lot cleaner, then my usual upright vacuum. I vacuumed my rug with my usual vacuum and then went back over the rug with this bissel. The bissell was able to get more dirt up then my dirt devil. I then used the bissell on my hard wwod floors and it did pretty good at getting the dirt. My stairs was a challenge, but the hand held was up for the challenge. The bissell got the stairs clean and the vacuum was light enough to carry and hand vacuum at the same time. This vacuum did great and i would definitely recommend this for someone who has hardwood and carpet and carpeted stairs. This vacuum was also easy to wash out and reassemble. A great vacuum in a light package.

The cord is so long (I was able to do my entire bedroom and half of my hallway without changing plugs, which never happened with my other vacuums), and worked so well! I have a black Newfoundland dog and her hair is always ll over in the carpet. I usually have to go over each section 2-3 times to get it all up but this vacuum got it all in one swipe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly went very quick and easy for my 13-year-old daughter, as she had no issues following the directions and finding the pieces. It's very light weight and has incredible suction. It picked up a lot of dirt that my other vacuum had missed. The automatic cord rewind is an excellent feature and has 5 adjustable heights! But the drawback of its lightweight is it is made of lightweight plastic. I am not confident on the longevity of this vacuum. Just hoping I don't drop this down the steps while vacuuming. It is loud and lacking a light in the front. The roller does not disengage when it is in the stow position or in the bare floor position, which also means the roller is spinning when using the attachments. Lastly the cord is shorter than other vacuums that I have used. I would assume if Bissell would correct my cons, it would put this vacuum in the same price range as others with the same features. So, with that being said, this is a powerful vacuum for its price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge shoutout to Bissell for sending me a free Cleanview Rewind Upright Vacuum Cleaner so that we could use it and give a product review. Firstly, my home is almost a literal zoo with 2 huskies, five cats, a hermit crab, and a pre-teen. Between the kid and the fur and the dust--we vacuum a LOT! We run our robot vacuum daily to pick up the majority of the dog hair but needless to say, we do have to run our regular vacuum every few days to do a better, more thorough job. My husband and I took turns using the Bissell vacuum in order to be able to give both perspectives. Here are our pros and cons. Pros: Overall, very lightweight and easy to maneuver. The handle (cleaning wand) was easy to use and release. It was also lightweight. Great cleaning/suction power on the carpet, ceramic tile, and hardwood floors. Picked up hair, dog and cat food, pine straw, and all of the other dirt that gets tracked in through the house. Easy to adjust to accommodate floor type. Easy to release and dump the bin of trash debris. I do also like that you can clean the filter in between replacing that. Cons: The length of the cleaning handle (wand) was short so not able to get into further areas like underneath the couches like my other vacuum. I was not accustomed to having to hit a release button to pull back the handle and then hit another button to turn the vacuum on. There were a lot of missteps when trying to release the bottom while hitting the red on/off button. There was definitely a learning curve. We did find that this vacuum was much louder than what we are used to with our other vacuum. The cord placement seemed odd to us and it did get tangled when using the wand cleaner in addition to the floor vacuum. We would definitely recommend this product especially if you have a ton of animals as we do! It is so light and easy to maneuver when you have to vacuum a ton.

This vacuum is great on plush carpet and hardwood floors with its adjustable settings and strong suction. The extra attachments help reach tight places. I only wish it included a tube extension so that hard to reach spaces can be more easily accessed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a three-level home. Two floors are carpeted with tiled bathrooms. The main floor is all wood laminate. We have used this vacuum on all surfaces and have been impressed. Some vacuums we have used in the past will spit debris out the back end, not effectively cleaning the space. This vacuum picks it all up on the first pass. Additionally, the suction is GREAT. We used our previous vacuum and then this one a few days later and were shocked at how much it picked up from the carpet! The pictures attached show the before and after. The vacuum is lightweight and the cord allows us to reach most areas without unplugging it a lot of times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having three kids, three pets, a husband, and a large house with both carpet and hardwood this vacuum has done amazing! I was very surprised by how well it transitioned from the floor to carpet and how well it kept its suction! One of my favorite features is probably the handle that comes off and acts an an extension to reach high places! It also comes with lots of attachments making it easy to get all the dirt, crumbs and pet hair from under my couch cushions and in my door frames! Bonus feature the cord is easily retractable with a button! Definitely one of my favorite vacuums I have owned.
