This vacuum is not work the money. I have only had it a few months and it is already not picking up as it should be. The noise is extremely louder than regular vacuums. I wish I could return for a refund.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I have been needing a new vacuum for quite some time. My two cats shed so much and it gets deeply embedded into the carpet. My last vacuum had a hard time picking it up so I found myself usually on my hands and knees doing it by hand. After the first round with this new cleaner, it seemed to be much more powerful and had much better suction. There was a decent amount of cat hair collected so I have high hopes. If this doesn't work, my cats are going to be shaved and bald.

I purchased this Vacuum because I was tired of the poor job my old ones did in our new house. I put it together, I cleaned my bedroom carpet and was stunned at how much it picked up and got into the nap. I am thrilled with this purchase and thankful it is powerful without being heavy or hard to maneuver! It works better than the Kirby Heritage II I bought when I was first married and this is so much easier to use! Thanks Bissell, you knocked it out of the park with this one! Couldn't be happier especially with the sale price!

This vacuum is powerful, easy to use, and clean out. It does a very good job when using it on my thick carpet. We really like it. However, when detaching and using the wand for my couches, the brush roller from the vacuum stays on and picks up dust and debree from my carpet, blowing it up through the hose where the wand detaches and releasing it into the air. I wish there was a way the rollerbrush would disactivate when using the wand. It's a very good vacuum for the price tag, and we really like it, I would have given it a 5 star review if it wasn't for this design flaw. If you will not be using the wand feature at all', then this is a good vacuum for the price.
