Pretty good beans. However, I don't like the bag they come in, it's very messy to get the beans out. I tried two different ways, squeezing the bag on the first one and using a spatula on the second one. Geeze, using the spatula was so messy. A can is so much easier to get the beans out of.

Very good refried beans and surprisingly lower in salt than most brands. Wasn't sure about the pouches instead of cans but they are very convenient to store and use.

Best refried beans. Taste authentic. Texture is perfect. Just put bags in microwave and 90 seconds later you have great beans, no need to add anything or even put in a bowl: just squeeze right into plate, tortilla, or nacho chip!

I bought a box of these and immediately put them into my pantry. When I opened the box 2 of the pouches had exploded inside the unopened box. It smelled horrible like a dead body. After I threw out the bad ones and cleaned up the mess I put a pouch in the microwave for one minute as instructed, the pouch exploded in my microwave making a horrible mess with a horrible. Now I can't think of them without getting physically sick.

Isadora Refried beans are our new favorite. The beans are creamy with lots of natural refried bean flavor. We have them with dinner, a snack with tortilla chips or on/in tacos, etc. The pouches are easy to store and heat. I have found it is easier to pour them out of the pouch and put in a bowl prior to heating. Just easier to handle than when the bag is hot. Hope Sam's keeps them around and wish they were in the stores. LOVE these Beans!
