I had the Bissell little green spot cleaner and hated how much it fell apart on me and how hard it was to clean after use and the lasting smells it would hold. I decided to finally upgrade to the Shark Stain Striker which truly allows me to deal with the stains effectively and the cleanup and storage is lightyears ahead of the Bissell. I also find the cleaning solution is way more effective in getting the tougher stains out of my carpet. Best product for pet parents or toddler spills.

5 days after having brand new, cream colored carpet installed my husband sliced his foot open. He was able to get off the carpet and into the kitchen before covering the floor with blood. There were only a few drops of blood on the carpet until my blind dog, running in to see what was going on, stepped in the blood on the kitchen floor, tracking it all over my new carpet. We had purchased the strainstriker portable, as well as the Carpet xpert with stainstriker. The portable got all the blood up with no problem at all. Shark user for life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have lost my chaise lounge to my two dogs. Every now and then I try to clean it so it is usable to humans again. This thing did the job great! It took very little to set up and the amount of dirt and pure grossness it sucked out of that thing was unbelievable. This will definingly be my go to upholstery cleaning tool. (My car is next on the list!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Shark US-Shark® StainStriker Portable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner. I have never been so happy that I finally got something that will get the spills out my rug and also get my carpet together in my truck. It was easy to assemble, easy to use and has multiple tools to get in between little spaces. I highly highly recommend this product and trust me you won't be disappointed.

Just used it for the first time. It works as described. It does take some time to clean after use but not hard. Easy to disassemble, clean and reassemble. I can imagine lots of people not taking the time but will be harder if you let it dry. Urine stains from new pup were not removed on first try. I should have gotten them sooner but I didn’t notice them until they were dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the greatest spot remover ever! It's size makes it super easy to store. It's not only great for the carpet in the house, but it really worked wonders on the carpet in my car! And the upholstery on my overstuffed chairs looks brand new!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark StainStriker is such a nice little machine. I like that it is smaller and easier to store but dont let the size fool you, it does such a good job getting stains out of carpet. We had a bunch of stains all over our carpet due to hurricane debris and it cleaned them up perfectly without much effort. The stain cleaner that it comes up with is all we needed and the little scrubber device worked it's magic and now we are stain free in my house and ready to go if any new stains come up.
