Super disappointed by recent purchase of Downy! Noticed something looked off about the packaging when I bought it and realized when I got home that the Downy has downsized it's container from 170 oz to 150 oz. What a shame they decided to do this. Then they wonder why people aren't buying their products!

I am devastated by the change in formulation of April Fresh Downey. Please bring back the original formulation! I have been using it loyally for over 20 years and my mother used it before me. No more Downey for this family until the original comes back. This new version is disgusting. It doesn't smell like the original. At first it was thick and clumped up my machine and now is very watery. The other day I spent 15 minutes at the store opening all the bottles looking for one containing the original formula. Not all changes are for the better. Where can I find some original?

By far, the April fresh is the best Downy I've ever used! It smells amazing coming straight out of the bottle, all through the washing and drying process, even when you finally get around to wearing the clothes, you can still smell it!!! Downy, I'm pretty sure you guys have perfected this!!! My family thanks you!!

I am so disappointed that you changed the original scent. It has always been such a great and reliable product and I always was complemented on the smell of my house after washing clothes as well as my clothes. Now I hate the smell! There is nothing original about it!!

I washed & dried a load of towels and I cannot get over how soft and fluffy they felt as I was folding them!!! They also had a very fresh scent to them which I love! Nothing better than getting out of the shower and wrapping yourself in a big , fluffy, great smelling soft towel!!! I will definitely hecrepurchasing Downy fabric softener in the future! Usually we come home from the practices, and games to my whole house, and cars smelling like a gym bags. So to my amazement this product has turned my frown upside down.I have used it for 2 weeks now and I love the smell so much I even added it to a spray bottle and used it as an air freshner for my car! Using Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Conditioner has made all my clothes super soft that I have stopped using dryer sheets all together. Talk about a homerun.

Our laundry felt softer and smelt better than it has in a while! There was no residue feeling on it, either, which sometimes happens with fabric softeners. My clothes hold the fragrance from wash to wash which is something that I enjoy and they feel a bit softer than before I started using it. Easy to use and mess free! Definitely going to keep this in my laundry room for future use!

When I use Downy it makes my clothes so soft and smell so good. I never wash my clothes unless I use Downy. I use downy everyday when I wash clothes. I love that it doesn't take much Downy poured into your washing machine and still get the great benefits of soft and clothes smelling good.
