I love it. I noticed the sweaty stinky smells in the clothes vanished and they usually leave them in the dryer which causes them to wrinkle but this time they didnt so Idk if it actually reduces wrinkles

You spend your money on the detergent and dryer sheets. You don't think about buying the softner or any of the middle step stuff. Even if it was as simple as dropping the ball into the washer. So many years later in my professional life, it still wasn't a thought of mine. Sure, I wasn't a college kid anymore. Sure, I had the money for it. But if I wasn't using it for the longest time, why should I go back? My clothes feel fine, they smell decent after washing them? Its just unnecessary... ...I WAS WRONG! I love to shop at Goodwill and other thrift stores. And sometimes, there are things that just as much as you clean them, they just don't feel or smell right. Enter in the cutest elephant that you'd ever seen. He was well loved, and his blue stuffed corduroy body was well loved and appreciated. He still was fluffy, but there was something about him that wasn't quite right. Something didn't smell fresh after three trips through the laundry. And if I'm going to treasure this guy as much as the person before me? I want to make sure that I'm not smelling their funk. So I waved goodbye to my blue friend and set him gently in the washer holding onto a Downy ball filled with the April Fresh product. 30 minutes and a dryer cycle later? My little buddy was fresher than fresh! I used it later that week with my gym clothes. I'm used to my gym clothes being funky because I'll live out of a suitcase with some Febreeze as my only cure. Now? I want to see if I can convince the TSA that a Downy Ball filled with softner is an acceptable 2 oz carry on. Thank you Downy! You've made my blue friend brighter smelling and kept my wife happy with my gym clothes!

I absolutely love the Downy April Fresh Fabric Softener! I reall felt like it got the job done when it came to making my clotges smell magical and making them soft as the could be. I also noticed that the fragrance seemed to linger a few days after i washed, which i absolutely loved!. The smell was amazing, it wasnt weak or anything and it was to too strong. It was the perfect formula for my clothes. Deffinatley a recommend to my family and friends!

I love cleaning but I've always been a subpar launderer. Everything goes in all at once on cold and I hope for the best. I was able to try this formula for free from influenster (these opinions are my own), and I'm a convert! I'd never used fabric conditioner before. I didn't realize it would prevent fading/shrinking/stretching. And being the type of laundry-doer I am, those are al really great things because they're phenomena I experience often. I love how my laundry smells and feels and my whole house smells incredible while the wash is going!

I've tried other products many years ago and once was enough. I can't remember how long I've used downy but 30 years would be my guess. I use liquid in my washer and when I want to freshen pillows I toss a dryer sheet into the dryer and they come out smelling fresh. Thanks for a great product. And with a teenager grandson in my home I could use a new washer and dryer.

While they do an okay job, I can clearly see the difference with Downy. My clothes came out so soft! They smell amazing and that freshness lasts longer. My clothes are wrinkle free with no static. I'm not sure what more I could ask of a fabric softener. I highly recommend Downy to anyone who hasn't used it in a while. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fresh scent of the Downy Fabric softener, it’s been particularly nice when used on our beach/ pool towels that can take on a sour odor regardless of how often you use them. And the fresh scent lasts until the next wash. I took one star off because of the phalates and other potential toxins that can cause respiratory and reproductive problems when absorbed through the skin. Would love to see a “pure” or natural version of this product with the harmful chemicals removed.
