How can you not love Downy April Fresh? I get so many compliments on how our laundry smells when my friends come over because of this product! I never use the full amount in each load because the scent can get strong if you use too much. When using, I would just say that a little goes a long way!! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this fabric softener! It is the only scented product I can use without it making me itch all over. I usually use an unscented laundry soap and use this to give it a gentle soft smell. It also does a great job at making your clothes soft.

I was really nervous, at first, to use these Downy Unstoppables because I’m not a huge lavender scent lover, but these smell amazing! I use these primarily with my towels and bedding. The size of the bottles is great value too as it’s very difficult to find this size of bottle at any store.

I like Ultra Downy April Fresh Liquid Fabric Softener if I can’t find the Downy Free & Gentle Liquid Fabric Conditioner 103 Fl Oz. The April Fresh has a very strong fragrance that irritates my nose but I will use it if my favorite is out of stock. It is very reasonably priced and comparable to others. Give it a try, you may like it if you don’t mind the strong fragrance.

I love my Downey softner. Smells great, the smell. Last for a long time. I pulled out a towel got my heart cabinet a week's ago that I washed with the Downey and still smelled fresh and was soft. Not over powering with the smell. The bottle is a good value don't have to use much so it last for a long time. I would recommend this product to anyone. It's great I will be trying the other Downey softners and exploring the smells.

Ultra Downy Liquid fabric softener is the only fabric softener I use. I've tried to save a few pennies by buying cheaper competitor products but they're never the same quality. Ultra Downy April Fresh has a light clean scent that leaves even my heavy cottons soft. I also use it on my delicates and it leaves them in soft perfect condition. My only complaint is that it's more expensive than most fabric softners but I always try to buy when I have a coupon or its on sale. I received Downy Ultra Fabric Softner as a free gift for my review but I assure you that my opinions are entirely mine and I try my best to be as honest as I can be.

My clothes did not have any static cling and felt the same as the clothes in which I’ve used dryer sheets. The only drawback is the smell. The April Fresh scent is strong while the clothes were being washed. Fortunately, the smell was nowhere near as prevalent after they were dried.

Love the original Downey April Fresh scent. Been using it since I was a child and still do to this day. This is the only fabric softener that I will use as it always delivers soft and great smelling clothes. Helps with static cling too. Highly recommend.

I was excited to try the new and improved version of Downy, so I used it for the last week on all my loads of laundry. I received the April Fresh scented Downy and to be honest, it’s the scent I have always liked the least. It’s a generic scent that many brands carry and it’s a little old lady smelling. Barring the unfavorable scent though, I think the improved Downy is... the same. Perhaps the difference is just more subtle than I expected. I purposely watched my bed sheets so that I would have something I would be in contact with every day for a week, but I didn’t notice much difference between the old Downy I normally use and the new version. Of course the sheets smelled nice and kept their fresh scent for a long time, but I would have expected that from the old version too. As far as wrinkles go, maybe it’s done it’s job better, I can’t say that anything stood out to me though. I typically leave things in the dryer for a while once it’s done drying, and nothing seemed any less wrinkled than usual. I didn’t have an unfavorable experience, it’s just that it was unremarkable. I felt like my old Downy does the same job as the new one I tried. It doesn’t change my opinion of Downy, I will continue to buy it. I just don’t think I would spend extra (if this improved brand costs extra) on the bells and whistles that it offers when I’m perfectly happy with the job that Downy has already done for me all these years.

I tried it in a load and was surprised how soft everything was when I took it out of the dryer. Even some of the towels that are usually scratchy were nice and soft. I plan to use Downy ultra regularly.
