My clothes always smell absolutely wonderful after using this product and they are so extremely soft. I will use NO OTHER fabric softener. I received a free bottle in a VoxBox. This was an extra bonus for me. I always recommend Downy to everyone I know.

Not only are my clothes feeling softer but they smell nice and clean. VERY much noticeable difference from previous washes before I added Downy to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since my husband and I live in a small condo our laundry room is a laundry closet (sorry but I tried to turn the picture) and it is part of our kitchen. The great thing about using Downey is that not only did our clothes come soft and really, really smelled fresh, but our whole apartment smelled wonderful. It seems that by using Downey I can use less that other watered down softeners, but the wonderful fresh scent is by far better than anything else I have ever used. What could be better than soft and scented!

Absolutely love his product it leaves your clothes smell good and fresh as well as soft. It is definitely a product I would buy in the future. Although I got this product for free I do recommend it to everyone and will of course purchase one in the not so distant future!!

I used Downy for the first time and i love this product. I will never buy anything else again. This product worked very well for my family and I! It left my clothes smelling amazing and fresh. The scent does last a long time. With 3 small children and playing sports it is nice to have their clothes smelling fresh and clean and long lasting! Downy will forever be a keeper in our home. I have not found many products like this one that the scent actually lasts long. Some products smell amazing but the scent doesn't last and with Downy softener it DOES last a long time. I once LOVED April Fresh liquid fabric softener so very much... everything I washed smelled so amazing, like I never want to stop smelling it..... UNTIL RECENTLY! I don't know why Downy would change such an amazing smelling product... especially going to this HORRIBLE new smell! I will not be buying again unless they change it back. I said no, it's my new fabric softener. She said what? That smells great. I said it's Downy.i love the way it makes my clothes smell and feel. After we had coffee and got up to leave, she said you have to tell me exactly which one you're using because my kids clothes don't come out smelling that good or their clothes that soft. I told her I'll send her a picture if it when I was doing my laundry. She was so happy when I sent her the picture!!

What happened to the Downy April Fresh fabric softener?? I just got a brand new bottle and it is so liquidy and runny and the smell is awful. My clothes smell different and not the same and they’re not as soft. Did they change the formula??? Bring back the old one!!

Downy has always been a staple in my family, but for the past few years I have had to eliminate it due to a sensitivity to fragrance. Other members of my family live by it and will not use anything else. Downy makes clothes soft, fluffy and the smell is a bonus. I received this product free for product testing purposes and these opinions are 100% my own. I gave the product to my sister and she loves the way her clothes stay smelling fresh for weeks on end.

Now I found the secret! Downy liquid fabric softener makes all the difference in making my clothes and towels soft and fluffy and smelling awesome! The babies blankets feel extra soft now too!
