Black walnuts has the best flavor. And you can’t buy in a large quantity like you can from SAMs Club.

These are amazing! I love black walnuts and it’s not often to find them in a large bag ready to go. Much easier then cracking shells. Delicious.

Good black walnuts should have an earthy taste, different from regular walnuts. These tasted like paint solvents, meaning rancid.

I typically buy Members Mark *whole* walnut halves, but the app said "out of stock." I bought these as they stated "Large Fancy" and needed halves for Thanksgiving Dinner recipes. They taste okay, but half of the purpose of needing whole halves is for presentation. The initial description is in dire need of mentioning these are pieces of walnuts.

Don’t taste as fresh as the ones harvested myself.
