I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I am generally a fan of Del Real products and this was no exception. We love pork Chile verde in general and wasn't sure how this would taste, but we really enjoyed it. It wasn't too spicy, had the right amount of kick, and the pork wasn't dry or chewy. It's hard when it's frozen food, but we liked this one and will use it with making burritos and omelettes.

Taco trucks are some of my favorite places to go to so I took the chance to try the Del Real Chile Verde. Pork in green sauce. And this is gooooooood.... I added a tortilla, some Mexican rice and beans and it was basically an authentic burrito. It did not have that typical pre-cooked and flat flavor to it that you often get with these kind of products. This actually tastes like pork. Well played, Del Real, well played.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Very surprised at how tender the meat was, tasted fresh and flavorful. Seasoning was well balanced. As someone who enjoys pretty spicy foods I expected it to have a kick from the chiles but it was super mild. If you don't like spicy foods I would say give this dish a try, despite it having "chile" in the title the spice level is very mellow. Great portion size for the price and convenience. After having some for dinner I still had leftovers - enough for 1-2 more meals.

Not very satisfied with this purchase. It smells like canned cat food when warmed up. (smelled lingered in the microwave) Not very tasteful. Pork tastes weird. Not be buying again.. EVER.
