This makes for some great dishes. You can use it in a green chile stew or just in a tortilla, corn or flour.

I always keep a package on hand. It tastes great and is easy to prepare.

Needs more sauce. I added some green enchilada sauce, some Hatch chile powder, garlic and some sea salt. This helped but the meat still seemed dry. Nice flavor though. Loved the convenience!

Not my favorite. I don’t think it taste anything like chili verde. Maybe use this meat in something else.
