This dishwasher has a large capacity and many great cycles including sanitizing. Very quiet and the door opens when the cycle is complete. The top level is great for washing cutting boards that are safe in dishwashers, The storm wash cycle is a must.

Not a fan of the 3rd rack as it limits space of the other two racks, but that is on me for choosing this particular design. I personally would go with the version without the third rack. Doesn't seem to add to overall capacity and id rather have the space split among two rock instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Samsung Dishwasher for about a month now and I am enjoying having a third rack to place the smaller items. I also love how quiet the dishwasher is and how it has the smart feature that lets you know when it is finished.

I have NEVER experienced such poor service ever in the past 50 years. First deliver, delivery guy brings the dishwasher but says he cannot install because he is not certified to do so. Leaves with unit. One week later, the second person arrives and says he cannot cannot install-no experience and training-left the dishwasher in my living room 2 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! and there it had to stay. Seriously, how do you entertain for Christmas with all of the beautiful decorations and a dishwasher in the middle of the living room? Third person came with no tools and no parts. Removed the old dishwasher and he and a partner dragged it out and LEFT IT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY! He, too, was not qualified and came with no tools. None of our guests could park in our driveway. Fourth service person came and spoke no English and we communicated via his translation app on his phone. He could not install because he brought the "installation kit" which included no screws, no clamps, -nothing. He DID bring a hose, however it was a hose to an ice maker for a refrigerator! That installation went badly as well. FIFTH time we were scheduled my husband and I changed our schedule to accommodate the service appointment. NO PERSON FROM THE DELIVERY and INSTALLATION TEAM CAME. They had marked delivery as done and installed and never showed up. My brother BOUGHT all the parts he needed to install including screws, bolts, and hoses, and installed the new one. We did call Samsung with questions we had and the woman who answered could only point us to the installation book (which we did not receive with the dishwasher-just like we never received the installation kit with it either!) She emailed the PDF to us which we had to print ourselves. It was a huge number of pages (I don't remember the number off hand). Absolutely horrible. We have used it a few times and it seems to work as it should. Would not buy any appliance from Sam's again. I spent HOURS arguing on the phone with people over a period of about 5 weeks. Truly a horrible experience.

The Samsung washer has surpassed every single expectation I have ever had about dishwashers. Quiet as a mouse, cleans all dishes, flatware and glass to a sparkling, perfectly clean condition, every cycle. Thank you Samsung, you have gained a lifelong customer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet, I have to listen closely with no ambient noise to hear it running. I love the no heated dry and that the door auto open so it can dry. It cleans all of my dishes very well. The upper rack is adjustable to allow for different sizes items in the top or bottom. The upper bonus rack is great for lids.

This is a sleek and stylish unit with some great features. Unfortunately, most of that becomes ineffective if you can't wash dishes in the dishwasher. In fairness, you can wash dishes, but you cannot wash dinner plates. Standard dinner plates measure 11 inches across and cannot be loaded in the dishwasher without interfering with the upper spray assembly. This seems to come as a result of Samsung adding a third rack which (IMHO) is completely useless and offers nothing to offset the limited space on the bottom rack. Consequently, since purchasing this appliance, we eat off of paper plates or wash the plates by hand, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a dishwasher. Warning to future prospective buyers, check the interior space in your dishwasher and don't believe that manufacturers have actually considered that which homeowners actually value - being able to wash their dishes and plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung dishwasher (model: DW80CG5451SR) is absolutely fantastic. Its capacity is perfect and shelf design very functional. The dishwasher is very quiet and thoroughly cleans the dishes in reasonable amount of time. The overall performance exceeds our expectations and the smudge-proof stainless steel is easy to care for and no doubt far exceeds our old Kitchen Aid dishwasher.
