Had a terrible experience with delivery.  I will never buy anything that is associated with that delivery company (RXO).  First, they were a day late and then gave me a 12 hr delivery window (8am to 8pm) instead of 3 or 4 hrs.  They must have told Sam’s they delivered it at 10:36am per Sam’s site.   They finally showed up a few minutes prior to 5pm.  When they showed up the two were arguing.  Only one lifted it off the truck (by hand) and brought it into my house.  He immediately said he couldn’t install it and left.  He didn’t unpack it, nor did he uninstall my old one and of course didn’t take it to dispose of it.  I was left to have someone install it and haul my old one away.

The installation was straight forward and did not require any copper work like the delivery guy said. Only had to unscrew the previous connection and screw on the hose that came with the dishwasher. See picture below.

Only issue I had with the unit is the kickplate was bent (see picture below), probable from only one guy lifting it off the delivery truck.
