The door opens to let the dishes cool off automatically and is so quiet that I can’t hear it running. I love that the app tells me that the dish cycle is complete and plays a sweet little tune.

It looks amazing I'm my cabinets and blends in well. It is better made and quality is obvious. The dishes came out clean and it pops open when the cycle is done. This is definitely a purchase I am happy with. I have only had it for a week but so far so good. I definitely recommend it. The glass is also easier to clean versus other materials found on other dishwashers...my previous one had stainless steel but the glass is easier to wipe. It really is fancy looking. I have not used the Smart Things app but I have heard it can be useful and I may try it in the future, it is definitely a high tech dishwasher !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a new home and received this product with no other options. When we did our inspection, the dishwasher was still sealed up and brand new. After moving in, we noticed it was already malfunctioning. First it wasn't getting enough water supply. Then we went to a neighbors' house and noticed our door and latch didn't function properly. We had to have a tech come out to fix the door so that it would slowly open instead of swinging down and the latch which was metal on metal (it made a loud clicking sound that it was not supposed to). Additionally, the top rack for silverware/ lids etc. is too high for it to fit many common items unless you use the middle space which is limited. It also is somehow too low that it makes it near impossible to put wine glasses on the top normal rack. If you don't like this feature, it also isn't removable. Would look elsewhere or a different model.

It is wonderful not having to clean the inside of dishwasher every week of the mold/mildew that developed in the older (4 year old) one it replaced. 4 stars-nothing is perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend decided to get this dishwasher because she had just bought a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I didn't think we really needed a new dishwasher but I obliged. With thta said, I'm very glad she decided to get it. It's very easy to use. It has an app that advises us when the load has been completed. The best part of all is that it is quieter than our last dishwasher and it performs a better. Dishes come out very clean. It's a great dishwasher that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to upgrade. Before I forget, the app helps you keep track of how many of those dishwasher cleaning pods you have stocked at home. It's very helpful when you're out buying cleaning supplies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this unit several months now as part of a kitchen remodel. It's quieter than I expected based on the DBA rating. I'm not a fan of the third rack, don't think the washer is big enough to support it. It took less than a minute to remove, and I've been happier with the unit since removal. The Storm Wash feature is great, makes such a difference both for cleaning and removing any of those after wash residue. Combined with a good detergent, you really can throw dishes after just a light scrape, I rarely even rinse before placing them into the washer The filter is easy to locate, access and clean. Love this dishwasher.

I really like the clean lines and modern look of the unit with no visible buttons or handles. I also like the Smart features and how well the the machine washes dishes. My only real complaint would be the configuration of the lower tray - it doesn't hold the same amount of dishes as my prior dishwasher, causing me to have to run the machine more often.

I however would not repurchase this dishwasher again due to the interior layout. The top rack only has two height features that aren't 100% functional in either position. If you drop it to the lowest setting, the spray washer strikes and is stopped by plates in the lower rack. If you move the top rack to the highest position, then you are limited on the positioning of bowls and small plates as the utensil rack on top catches upon these items when you pull it out.

Looks are amazing. It excels at cleaning without prescrubbing, operates whisper-quiet, and includes smart drying with its AutoRelease door. The spacious third rack is a thoughtful bonus. While not every load may emerge completely dry, performance is usually strong—especially when paired with quality detergent and rinse aid. I would highly recommend this.
