That story is for some other day This nice new good looking Samsung dishwasher does its job perfectly Something new and noticeable is bottom heating element is not accessible or visible to us anymore Then door opens to help vent out, good about that is you can change that default opening behavior if you like for some reason 3rd rack is there but I preferred to keep it out since it doesn't dry that good (just once I tried) and its better to adjust main 2 racks without it Finally its quite as it can be just some pouring sounds It keeps new car smell for week plus. 1 hour cycle works pretty well but normal 2+ is what I use Go ahead and get one

The configuration is much better than the whirlpool it replaced and we are not having to clean inside weekly to remove mold & mildew. (Yes, we still rinse all dishes & remove all food debris before putting in dishwasher.)

Although there was a delay with the delivery date, but overall the dishwasher works great and almost no noises. Love the Storm Wash feature and the ability to run it via the app. The only dream will be to start it via the app without pressing Start button :)

We’ve had this one for about six months now. Although this dishwasher is fairly quiet and does a decent clean (there have been more than a handful of occasions where we had to hand wash something that was in the dishwasher), one thing it doesn’t do is dry your dishes. After the wash, everything comes out dripping and we usually have to leave it sitting for over an hour just to air dry. A good dishwasher is going to do everything including steam dry.

It has a lot of functionality, especially really great “storm wash “ and auto release of doors that makes dishes dry after washing. Slick and modern design that will fit any interior. Definitely will recommend!

I bought this back in July 2024, and I wish I had done a lot more research. The 3rd drawer is great, but the caveat and deal breaker is that the drawer where you usually put glasses only has 2 adjustments. So if you put tall glasses in and lower it, then you cannot put full size plates on the bottom rack. If you leave it in the high slot, you can't put tall glasses in because they will collide with that 3rd rack. Such a sad and easily fixed issue! In hindsight, I went back to the store and many other dishwashers have the glass drawer incrementally adjustable, and according to me and my tape measure, everything would fit just fine using that, so it's not rocket science. If they would offer an adjustable replacement part, I'd jump on it, but alas, this is not something they do at this time. Then the second week of January 2025, the door that is only supposed to crack when the cycle is finished is now opening all the way down flat, becoming a tripping hazard. At least that one is supposed to be covered under warranty. I am so very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER. IT CAME BROKE. AND WARRANTY IS AWFUL. WE HAVE BEEN SITTING W A BROKEN USELESS DISHWASHER FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. THE "WARRANTY VENDOR" HAS BEEN A JOKE. FINALLY, GOT AN APPT ... TOOK OFF W9RK, WAITED ALL DAY FOR TECH AND AT 4:15 CALLED TO SAY THEY WERENT COMING. "WARRANTY VENDOR" NOW SAYS ITLL BE ANOTHER WEEK AND THEYLL CALL TO SET SOMETHING UP FOR THE REPAIR. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.

I love the bespoke products because they have such a simpler look. The dishwasher is simple to use and after connecting it to our smartphones, doesn't matter where we are in the house, or on the road, we know when our dishes are finished! Plus the preset option on the SmartThings App makes washing dishes as simple as pushing a single button! The 3 drawers make organizing my dishes so much easier. And no longer do I fumble around trying to fit my bulkier utensils somewhere, the top utensil drawer allows me to place those items in their own spot and ensure a clean finish! Plus 2 spots for regular utensils is amazing! The Samsung Dishwasher has so much space that I can load most my dishes at once. I love the different modes and when you need a tougher wash, the Heavy Load and High Temperature modes will do the trick! Cleaning thoroughly the harder to wash dishes. After my first use, I knew I made the right choice with Samsung! The dishes came out spotless and my wife & I were able to sit back and relax.
