So quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It really gets the dishes clean, especially with the storm jets. It is so quiet I can’t even tell it’s running. Our home is small and open concept, our old one was so loud we had trouble hearing the tv. But this Samsung barely is audible. It’s sleek looking and resists fingerprints. I highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Smart Dishwasher was installed by the builder at our beach condo. The dishes are clean at the end of the cycle and it's very quiet. The cycle is over an hour quicker than my dishwasher at home. My only pet peeve is that I wish the dishes were a bit dryer when finished.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It is beautiful and sleek, looks great in my kitchen and matches all of my other appliances. My favorite part is that I can't even tell when it is running. I can't hear it at all. I also like the cute little musical tune it plays when it is complete. I really love this dishwasher and highly recommend it!

Pleasantly Surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girlfriend decided to get this dishwasher because she had just bought a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I didn't think we really needed a new dishwasher but I obliged. With thta said, I'm very glad she decided to get it. It's very easy to use. It has an app that advises us when the load has been completed. The best part of all is that it is quieter than our last dishwasher and it performs a better. Dishes come out very clean. It's a great dishwasher that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to upgrade. Before I forget, the app helps you keep track of how many of those dishwasher cleaning pods you have stocked at home. It's very helpful when you're out buying cleaning supplies.

Superior StormWashing and great Wifi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with my purchase. It is very quiet while running. I installed the dishwasher on my app with Samsung Smart things. I also have to Samsung Bespoke Range. It was super easy. Scan the QR code on the unit and it will walk you through the entire process. Once completed it will display on your cellphone Success. Then you are ready. Make sure to place your dishwasher on the smart things options and now you can control everything from your phone. Love this feature. You don't have to preclean your dishes. There are several cycles (normal, heavy,and express options) each cycle has impressed me. The app allows you to follow along while the dishwasher cleans and sanitize. The Auto Release Door opens once unit is done. This let's out the moisture after the drying cycle is done to allow an even dryer experience for your dishes. The second rack has two height settings that allows more room for the first or second rack. There is also a third rack that I love for larger utensils and whatever your choice. No regrets for this purchase. Remember to register your dishwasher online with Samsung to lock in your warranty.

Total waste of money!

We bought this on Sept 24, 2024. It was a nightmare from the start. The third party company delivery and installation company Sam's uses is AWFUL. Kept some of our parts, didn't install the dishwasher correctly, lied about if they were even scheduled to install it in the first place. After approximately 20 emails back and forth with Sam's Club customer service, we were forced to have the same company that screwed up the initial installation, come out a second time bc the hose wasn't correct, and believe me we did NOT want them again. The dishwasher itself does a terrible job of cleaning dishes and honestly we don't know if that's bc of the dishwasher itself or something to do with awful installation. It constantly smells like standing water but we can't locate the source. And now, just 8 months after purchasing, one of the spinners doesn't work! I will never ever purchase another Samsung appliance again. And I will never get any appliance through Sam's Club if I need it installed, due to who they use for installation

Delivery and install was a nightmare

Whole delivery experience was a nightmare. First time delivery guy from xpo came and said the water line is not closing correctly and did not install. Got the valve replaced. Next time they came after a week and when trying to put the new dishwasher in could not get it in. Said the cabinet on top has to be raised and left it hanging. I was able to get in after removing the legs. These guys do not want to install and do a little bit of work. It was really frustrating and I would like to Samsclub and Samsung to take some action about it.

Installation service falls far short

Can't rate the quality of the product yet since Sam's never finished installing it. So far their Delivery and Installation service is awful. Delivery guys were nice but arrived hours before they were supposed to. We hadn't finished disconnecting the old unit so all they did was drop off the new one. They couldn't install the new one or take the old one. When we called to reschedule installation and pickup of the old unit we were told the ticket has been closed and they were done. So now we have an old dishwasher disconnected and the new one sitting there uninstalled in our kitchen with no working dishwasher. The delivery guys were nice but they said they also couldn't install the new unit because the old unit was hard wired and the new unit just had a standard power plug to plug into an outlet. So I ended up installing a new GFCI outlet under our sink only to find that the new unit, once unpacked, also had to be hard wired, so the new outlet was for nothing. All in all an extremely frustrating experience so far.
