AMAZING QUALITY FOR THAT PRICE, WEST ELM HAS DSAME ITEM FOR OVER $ 300

I liked the lamp for a little while. Looks great, and not easy to tip over by any means. But I went to change the lightbulb out and while unscrewing the lightbulb the whole mechanism came off with the bulb, sparked, and briefly caught fire. I didn't do anything strange to the lightbulb or the lamp. I quite literally just unscrewed the lightbulb. Now it's completely broken and I don't know the first thing about fixing lamps. Only had it about 5 months or so.

The lamp arrived well packaged.  There was no damage to be seen.  

Assembly was very easy.  It was intuitive for me and I didn't need to look at the directions.  No tools are needed. 

Once assembled it looks very sleek and modern.  Very nice and seems to be sturdy.

Nice lamp and easy to assemble.
