Love the lamp but it’s not very bright

I liked the lamp for a little while. Looks great, and not easy to tip over by any means. But I went to change the lightbulb out and while unscrewing the lightbulb the whole mechanism came off with the bulb, sparked, and briefly caught fire. I didn't do anything strange to the lightbulb or the lamp. I quite literally just unscrewed the lightbulb. Now it's completely broken and I don't know the first thing about fixing lamps. Only had it about 5 months or so.

The light bulb holder had chipped paint all around
