There is a learning curve with this multi-cooker. Start out simple rather than complex, learn limited basic recipes. Temperature and time settings can be crucial, so be prepared to adapt for different food types & recipe directions & settings. Once you better understand the device's capabilities you will be able to cook your best with real convenience. Mine is a blessing and I'm always searching YouTube for more Speedi recipes and ideas.

I love the recipe book and already tried one of them. The chicken cordon blue with the spinach ziti. It was a huge hit even for my pickiest of eaters! So simple, so quick and most importantly so delicious! I also air fried dill chips and sweet potatoes. Both turned out perfect without the greasy mess of frying it in oil. I cant wait to try the burrito bowl recipe next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This quick cooker has a lice feature of cooking everything together and doing it fairly quickly. I don't like that that all of the grease from the meat drips into the other food you are cooking. It takes up a lot of kitchen space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a multi cooker for years and years and have a combo oven/air fryer as well, so was skeptical that this would be worth the extra needed storage space. But, WOW. I am truly impressed. It's shockingly simple and food came out delicious. Just toggle the switch to rapid cook, punch in your temp and time and hit start. I did a Speedi meal of chicken thighs and rice - came out SO tender and moist and still a little crispy on top. Just delicious and super quick to prep and clean. I still can't quite believe how easy and good it was. Really excited to try other combinations. The instructions offer a lot of quick combos with exact cooking times and temps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja Speedi is an incredible machine! It's a bit bulky so it will require a good amount of counter space, but so worth it. The option of air fry/stovetop or rapid Cooke is just genius. You switch from one to the the other with just a switch. It's so easy to use too. You choose which option and choose from the menu(air fry, broil, dehydrate, etc) or the rapid cook option. What I love is that I can cook pasta and some chicken all at ice. I simply put the pasta on the bottom and adjust the tray and the chicken sits on the top. I toasted a whole chicken in here and it came out juicy and perfectly browned. I've made wings and fries and rice. It's just so convenient and so easy to use. Such a time saver and easy clean up too. It comes with some pretty awesome recipes as well and great instructions. It's definitely a great addition to our kitchen! Now I can help my wife cook without having to do so much work.!

My wife came home one day with the Foodie, we instantly fell in love with it. Last week, I came home with the Speedi and now we're in love with it too! I steamed potato wedges, put them on top with a steak and 10 minutes later we had steak and wedge fries. I was so amazed at how both turned out. The fries were way better than any steak house I've eaten at and the steak was perfectly cooked medium rare. The only problem I see is we have limited counter space, which one do we leave out? Both are amazing.

I purchased the Ninja Speedi because I liked the idea of quick nutritious meals. We all love quality meals. With our busy lives most of us don't have time to cook these meals. This is where the Ninja Speedi comes into play. Most meals take 15 minutes to cook!!! I still find it hard to believe that you can cook raw meat to perfection in 15 minutes!!! I also like the fact that you can cook your vegetables and pasta as well. The first meal I made was the chicken parmesan with pasta. It came out delicious. The chicken was crispy and tender and the pasta was completely cooked in 15 minutes. We were so excited to eat it I forgot to take a picture!!! Clean up is easy because you only have the crisper tray and pan. I also made vegan options tofu, brussel sprouts and pasta. My third dish was chicken cordon blu. I have to work on my rolling the chicken skills. I plan to make boneless pork as well as a whole chicken. With instructional videos on the internet the possibilities are endless. I highly recommend the Ninja Speedi because it makes your life easier by cooking fast nutritious and delicious meals!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband laughed at me when I excitingly told him I can cook rice and bake sausage with Cajun seasoning at the SAME TIME... with one machine. After coming home from work, I put my rice on the bottom and add protein and vegetables on top. Within the recommended cooking time, everything came out perfect--on one device. My kitchen has more space now and I barely use the oven. I look for recipes on the Ninja Test Kitchen site and recipe book that is included. What is better is the minimal cleaning I have to do afterwards--soak it in mild soap and water and everything comes off. The buttons to control the settings took a bit time getting used to. I was nervous every time as my meals cooked. I can't figure how one product can do it all, but it does, so works for me. Steaming chicken is my favorite thing to do on this device, and next is making steak and potatoes, coming in close is air frying pork chops with rice. I love how the juices of the meats drip to my rice and pasta. It is just delicious. My whole family agrees. I recommend this product for convenience, ease, and creating delicious meals with minimal work.

First meal last night the chicken broccoli alfredo. Followed directions exactly and the chicken breast was dried out, pasta was good. I'm going to try again and take the chicken out early before the 15 minutes are up. Unit needs a probe to cook meats to correct temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook and I cook at least five days a week for me and my family. This Ninja Speedi rapid cooker and air fryer is a game changer! Instead of standing in the kitchen cooking for an hour, I can cook a complete meal in one pot in about 15 minutes. Less clean up and quicker means more time to spend with my family. I made chicken on the air fry setting and it came out so juicy and delicious. I also made a one pot steak and rice in less then 15 minutes on the rapid cook setting. The steak was cooked perfect and so was the rice. It was as easy as flipping the switch. It is two quick cook machines in one. The recipes in the Speedi book sound delicious so I will be trying those out soon. The clean up is so easy too! I literally wipe the outside and top of the speedi itself and then toss the inside rack and container in the dishwasher. Then it is ready for the next meal. This has been a huge game changer in our house. I have not stopped talking about it.
