Love, love, love this salt. It’s healthy and taste really good. Once you try it, you won’t prefer any other.

Since description says a grinder is included, I assumed this was coarse salt.  It is not - finely ground.

This salt is finely granulated. I can put it in my salt shaker with rice to help prevent clumping.

I've bought this a couple of times now. The first time it was great, but this last time, I am very disappointed.  The very first use out of this last batch, I put a couple of teaspoons of it into a big batch of soup, and parts of it didn't dissolve. There was a fair amount of tiny pink gravel at the bottom of my pan when I poured out the soup into a storage bowl. It had been simmering for hours so all salt should have dissolved by then. I wanted to check that I wasn’t crazy, and that it was indeed the salt, so I put a tsp of salt into some hot water and stirred it around and I got the same result. Some of it dissolved and some stayed at the bottom. I took some of the precipitate and put it in my mouth and it is definitely not edible. My teeth could not break it up.

It is always nice to have backup Himalayan Pink Salt. Great price!
