Wanted to inform you of the fact your website has the wrong labeling, this is a 10 LB box, not 10 Ozs I took a magnifier and squinting to read the size in the box, for when I was last in the store and picked one of these up they were 10 Lbs

This is a 10 pound box and the portion sizes are great. They make great cheesesteaks and when pan fried without breaking apart, place on a bun, bagel or english muffin, add a fried egg some cheese and fried onions for a great breakfast sandwich.

4 bucks a pound for cheesesteak meat. Superior to steak-ums a bit worse than Landis but half the price. At a half pound per sandwich you get 20 of them. Thats 2 bucks per sandwich before rolls cheese and other toppings.

They are ok in flavor but they are grisly.

Tasty beef, good portion size. The slices are heavily marbled. It makes delicious steak sandwiches.

These chip steaks are flavorful, reasonably priced.
