Tjese are what the sub shops use, not those nasty steakumms. I cook 40lbs with onions cheese, spices and put it into 2lb bags for freezing and later use. The come out like they were just made.

these steaks are amazing, they are nice. meaty, tender, and a great size for a sub. without going out. they cook up beautifully, and are not full of gristle or stringy products.
