I bought one and picked it up..got home and the entire top lids would not close....took that back... 2nd one the legs are all wobbly and not very stable... for the price and metal BBQ they should have had legs that can hold it....

Well made and heats up quickly! So far, we love everything about it :-) A grill cover would have been a welcome addition, but we'll be ordering one.

Started assembly.... missing all 4 grill handles, 1 tray and propane tank holder ( silver looking lever) ... called for the parts and was told it's in back order and won't be available till May. The grill surface already had some rust

Bought this for my husband's birthday and he loves it! He grills all the time and said this is the best gift I've ever given him...and we've been married 29 years! Worth every penny!

I bought this to replace my previous SH 4 in 1. There are many new features I love, such as a larger gas side and the flip up charcoal cooking grate. I miss the front facing drip tray pulls for each side.

We had this grill 2 yrs and it was great the 1st yr, then last summer it started rusting and now this would have been the 3rd summer in use had it not totally rusted and caught on fire and burnt the knobs from the inside and the only way to shut it off was to quickly unhook the propane tank before it exploded. Buy this only if you dont plan on it lasting too long. And, we did take care of our grill and had the cover on it and all.

It's about as long as a living room sofa but a lot heavier. It does about everything an outdoor chef would like a grill to do. Very happy with the purchase. As a warning, it did take 2 inexperienced people almost 3 hours to put together. There are something like 112 fasteners (maybe a few more), mostly bolts. Definitely requires two people at times.

I purchased this item last year and the smoker box almost immediately started rusting. The rest of the barbecue looked okay so I called the manufacturer to see about just replacing this portion of the unit. They made it 100% clear that despite the manufacturer's defect they did not in any way cover rust on the BBQ. Since that time the smoker box had to be removed and portions of the paint are now bubbling off of the barbecue. The barbecue is being kept on a poolside patio not in any harsh environment. I will never buy another product from this company again.

This is a sturdy, well designed grilling system. I appreciate it far more since I had to assemble it, as opposed to just buying one at Sam's. I saw first hand the quality of each section and am intimately aware of it's function and form. All components worked the first time and I found the manual/recipe guide a valuable resource. My only issue, and it's a small one, is that if you are using most of the components, there is a need for a table near the grill for a work surface (and a place to put your Coke).

Grill is cheaply made. When I opened it the grill was dented, scratched, and rusty. I had purchased the grill for a memorial day party so I had to put it together and use it anyway. Grill will not close properly, grease leaks out the tray and rapid rust due to the condition of the grill when it arrived. If you want a nice grill don't get this one. Additional note: it does not come with a cover but you will want to get one if you want the grill to last more than a summer. It was already rusty out of the box but rusted up worse and very quickly until I bought a cover. I have emailed the photos to Sam's club and gotten an run around follow up.
