I was pleased with the show model at the store, I could really see the construction and sturdiness of the grill plates and overall product. The directions were pretty clear to follow, step by step. I wish these grills would be pre-assembled, minus the legs, and side attachments that this model has. The only downfall we came across was that we were missing two parts. It's such a let down when this happens. Everything was taken out of the box and assembled, too late or too much of a hassle to put back in the box and return. The process of trying to get replacement parts is pretty crazy also because of the time zone difference and the days that you can call. Time will tell what the outcome will be. Maybe an update will be completed.

Just unboxed it, the first part to put on the holes don't line up, broke a screw, and missing part number 65.

Purchased 2 months ago, Grill has worked fine but the top of the smoker box is already rusted and we have not even used that part.

Bought this grill at Sam s, worked good for the 1st year , now it is all rusted. Note: I also bought a grill cover to protect it. Would not buy it.

Bought this for a gift and was he happy. He had been eyeballing for a while lol. Grill looks and works great.

Gas burners rusted out after 3 years, still ok to use as a charcoal grill or smoker. Would be too expensive to replace burners.

Very efficient, user friendly, sleek look - It takes at least 2 ppl to set it up and about 3 hours. Well worth the time considering the price

Like the grill but it's so disappointed that the handles came rusted. It's a huge eye sore. If it can't be replaced it's going back.

Best Christmas gift I could get myself. Love all the options on it. Nice to add smoke flavor to anything. Very durable in construction
