This was purchased over a year ago and it has begun to rust, I have another outdoor smoker that I've had for 7 yrs and there is No rust or falling apart pieces, and I still use it. This unit I'm very afraid to use.

My husband has been eyeing this and dropping so much hints for a new grill. Got him this and he's been head over heels for it. He was even happy assembling it alone lol It has been put to use so much and no complaints. He's happy, so I'm happy.

I love the grille, but i had 1 damaged piece when i opened the grille and sent 2 requests with no one ever responding. i do not want to return the whole grille, but i will have to.

I bought this grill in April and the top of the seer pan is already rusting! We love this grill but we are very disappointed that it looks like we've had it for years while w have only had it for a few weeks.

Brought this about a month ago, After I had purchased a pallet grill and was not happy with it at all! Needed a grill that I could use Lump charcoal and also propane for quick grilling the sear part is a added bonus and the smoker part is great!

Screws not tapped properly. Igniter block failed in the first week. The part was back ordered for a month. Replaced under warranty. Cooks well though.

Easy instructions for assembly. Love the large sear burner! Smoke box works great! Good to have the option of how you want to cook. Great product! Easy clean up with the removable trays.

I picked one of these up back in January and it's already rusting (in 4 months). The paint on the firebox is flaking off. It's difficult to maintain heat when smoking meat and the gas burners blow out way to easy.

Took me 5 hours to assemble. The instructions aren't the best so please read carefully as you go. You need two people to carry. A second person to assemble would be helpful as well.

I'll put in this together I noticed that there was rust all over the handle. Also, I cut open both of my hands trying to lift it out of the box. It has plenty of sharp Jagged edges so be very careful when unpacking and assembling.
