First saw this outdoor furniture in the local Sam’s Club and loved it. By the time I finally talked my husband into it, I had to have it shipped. Was not complicated to put together. Very heavy duty. Deep seating. Very comfortable. Love the furniture covers that come with it. They are marked to tell you which piece of furniture it goes on. Definitely recommend. If I had room, I would purchase the table and chairs just like it.

We bought the dining table set along with this set and we couldn’t be happier. Love the teak accents that add uniqueness. The covers that come with set fit like a glove and even have a label telling you which is the back of the sofa/chair. They thought of everything. My only wish is that there would be a matching bistro set and chaise lounge to the collection.

Purchased this set from the store directly. One sit and you quickly realize the quality and value this set is, not to mention function and beauty. Easy assembly and covers fit like a glove. Highly recommend this item for years of durability and function.

I bought this set for our pool house . I spiced it up with some blue and white pillows and framed beach photos of family , especially , grandkids on walls . I love the wood detail on the arms of this furniture. It looks spectacular!!

Beautiful Set! Assembly was about an hour or so with 2 people. Quality set! All tools to assemble are included. Note, the entire set was delivered in one very large box. Too large to get inside, so we unboxed outside and unpacked one by one.

Obsessed with this set. It's exactly what I was looking for! It's beautiful, modern, excellent quality, and totally elevates my backyard. The fact that it comes with covers is a HUGE bonus. Delivery was super easy and I was able to put it together by myself in a matter of a couple hours. Would definitely recommend!

This is the most beautiful patio set. The chairs and the couch are very comfortable and the Sunbrella fabric looks great. The set was very easy to assemble and it was packaged well, so no damage at all. The teak accents are very nice as well. We love this set!

Excellent product. Only change would be to add straps to the back cushions. Not included I’m guessing for aesthetic reasons, so I added my own.

Absolutely love our Vista patio set! It’s sturdy, great looking, & comfy! We love that it’s oversized too. It will definitely last us awhile!

Dear Sam’s Club Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delivery experience for my recent order. First attempt: The initial delivery failed because the shipping company claimed they did not have my unit number or the phone number of the recipient — even though this information was correctly entered on my order. I know this because a smaller item from the same order, shipped separately by mail, had the full address (including apartment number) on its label. Rescheduled delivery: The delivery was rescheduled for several days later, with a 9:00 AM–12:00 PM window and a promised 30-minute notice call. However, by 11:30 AM, I still had not received any updates, so I called the delivery company. I was told they could not provide an estimated arrival time and that their documentation did not even include a delivery window. The delivery driver later texted that they were “in the mountains” and uncertain when they would arrive. The item ultimately arrived around 4:00 PM — four hours late. Upon arrival, I was told the delivery would not be made to my door because it was “basic shipping,” despite the fact that the shipping fee was nearly $200. The item weighs 250 pounds, so this was not a reasonable request. Only after I spoke to a supervisor and addressed a series of unfounded excuses (such as the item “wouldn’t fit in the elevator”) did they finally agree to deliver the product to my door. The product itself is excellent and well packaged, but the delivery experience was unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I have never had such a poor delivery experience in my 36 years, and I believe Sam’s Club should review the performance of this delivery partner to prevent similar issues for other customers. I would appreciate a follow-up and a partial refund or credit for the poor service.
