It is firm yet soft. the covers are very easy to remove, and wash. also very easy to put that together. the zipper isn't the biggest/ strongest, but with patience and care, it should last. they loved the one so very much and played with it So much that I went ahead and bought another one. they can create just about any fort imaginable. they use them in couch form to watch movies and read. mostly, though, these are used for open ended, imaginative play. I have five children, ages 3 years up to 11 years. they all use them... Though the oldest mainly uses it for lounging.

For the price, I was shocked at how small it was. The kids tried making the different configurations but it just doesn’t stand up. Too wobbly. And it’s too small for them to play under only the two year old can walk into the fort formation. I’m really disappointed. I’d take it back but the kids played on it already. It also says the foam will expand into the covering but so far it has not. So the covers are too big and flop around. The zipper pulls stick up and are large. They don’t tuck in and one of the kids scraped themselves on it. Would not recommend.

I bought this October 2021.. it is July 2022 and it’s broken after one wash. My son spilled his smoothie on it so I gave it a wash and now the zipper is broken. I have a nugget as well and washed it way more since my son was younger and drooled a lot. Way more worth it to spend the extra money on the nugget. I’m angry about this purchase.

Bought a couple. There were some fights over the middle child knocking down the oldest's creations however overall they have been an excellent addition to there playspace. All the kids like making their own fort or obstacle course. They are also doubling as gym mats. Hopefully they come back in stock as I'd like to get a green one.

I purchased the color "SIdewalk" for my 4 and 2 year old and they love it. The color is cute and easily can see the stains my kids have put ( not the sofas' fault.) I have had for approximately 2 months and I do feel like the triangles didn't expand to the max as they should have since they are a bit wrinkly but my kids don't care and still have fun with them. I have not used the actual Nugget brand that this may compare too but I think for the price I paid I am happy with thwe product and so are the kids!

We just got the couch so far and love it. In a few hours, it decompressed beautifully. I love the emerald color and material which honestly reminds me of soft corduroy. I had my doubts but it’s Day 3 and I love it. No smells out of the packaging and the foam is made in USA and Mexico, with imported fabric covers. It was a nice surprise to know that at least the foam is made in North America. The couch is sturdy and reminds me of a medium firm foam mattress. Some things to keep in mind from scouring many reviews of this couch and similar mod couches: • Immediately unbox and unravel it upon delivery to let it decompress. It assures you of your limited warranty and you can check for any defects or issues (beyond 15 days of delivery date, they may not help as much according to their enclosed booklet). • Let your little ones or yourself go at it after it gets some air in. Playing on it will actually help it decompress faster. •MASSAGE that corner!!! I’ve seen several people say the corners of their triangular wedges don’t decompress, especially one of them that gets really rolled up in shipping. We had that same issue where one came looking rounded and stayed rounded in one corner overnight, while everything else looked great. Unzipped it and GENTLY pulled at the corner tab and massaged it on the sides and it popped back up. HUGE difference! Don’t call them until you’ve tried it! It also helps to realign the fabric corners with the inner foam wedge corners; during the expansion, some of the inner wedge corners get stuck off to the side of a corner, so pulling the fabric corner back up (while pushing the foam down) and realigning with the foam corner ensures nice, pointy corners! About the zippers… * Be careful with them. They do get caught easily with the fabric, so don’t yank on it like you would your jacket zipper or you may get it stuck. As others said, this is a huge or possibly the only con, but if you’re careful with it, you should be okay. They seem sturdy otherwise. * Tuck in the zipper pulls to help hide them. Although these don’t come with hidden zippers, at least it stops the very little ones from finding them and pulling at them. Hope this review helps! After looking at the original as well as similar ones on the big online marketplace (you know which one) and some super high-end ones, this delivered on quality, material and gorgeous color.

Awesome! So glad I found this at Sam’s. Looking for sofas like this on the internet and never knowing the quality was not enjoyable but we trust Member’s Mark and this sofa doesn’t disappoint. Our toddler loves it and it’s very easily washable to keep clean for her even with animals in the house. Many forts in the future. Perfect for what we need!

Save your money and buy a different brand. Was fun until we needed to remove the cover to clean a spill. First time using the zipper and now it doesn't close, there's gaps after zipping over a sections of the cushion. Complete waste of money, cushions are useless because the cover won't stay on.

After months of owning it I can say just spend the extra 60 and get the nugget couch. We own both and the explorer couch the zipper comes undone constantly like it will be zipped up and randomly in spots it opens up so you have to unzip it and re rip it. It’s frustrating to say the least.

I ordered this item on 12/1 and still haven’t received it as of today (12/10). When checking the shipping status, I noticed there was about a one-week gap between the order date and the shipping date. If you’re planning to order this as a gift, you may want to take the shipping time into consideration.
