[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heats up faster than my other kettle, it's beautiful and sleek. I love how it has a warm function so after you do the temperature you want you can switch it to keep warm. That is a nice feature!

I like the look of the kettle, and it seems well built. However, the preset temperatures are not accurate, which kind of defeats the point. I want to set mine to 195f, but it overshoots by 10 degrees. Since it only has buttons for 175f and then 195f, I can't actually set it to 195f. The only temp that's accurate is 205f (and boiling too I suppose), so if you want it for that or any temps that are 10 degrees higher than one of the presets, it should work fine for your needs.

It heats up so quickly, in less than a minute, and I love that you're able to select the perfect temperature for the type of tea you're making. The guide it comes with suggests the temperatures for several different types of teas, including matcha, black and herbals. This is so easy to use, and I really am enjoying the “keep warm” function, which keeps your water hot so that you're able to pour multiple cups of tea or refresh your cup periodically to keep it hot. The machine itself looks very nice on my counter, but does have a tuck away cord for easy under counter storage, too.

You literally press the button and in less than a minute the water is hot. I like that it's fast and there's a gauge that allows you to see how much water is in the kettle. No more waiting for the tea pot to scream in the morning. The chef man kettle is quiet as a mouse in comparison to my tea pot. This is the kitchen gadget you never knew you needed!

I just bought this and liked everything about it.....EXCEPT...It burned my fingers and thumb. It is not well insulated. Should have been designed to not burn to the touch. I am returning it. I loved all the other features including fast heating time, design and controls.

It has 5 heat settings for different types of teas and coffee. The base has a section to wrap the cord around it so it doesn't get in the way when storing. The gooseneck spout is very convenient as it allows better control when pouring. It has a max capacity of 0.8L and has ‘keep warm' option in case you are unable to use it immediately.
