In addition to the Keep Warm function, there are 5 different temperature settings for green tea/white tea, black tea/herbal tea, oolong, specialty tea and pour over coffee.
The rapid-boil heating technology and Keep Warm function means hot water is always ready when you want it. You won't have to wait! The multi-colored LED lights indicate target temperatures at a glance. An alarm beeps to alert you when the water is ready and the auto-shut off and boil-dry protection allows for safe coffee and tea making anytime, anywhere. This kettle operates on 1500 watts/120 volts.

Awesome little Kettle
I have not used the "Keep Warm" setting enough to say just how well it works, however I can say every other function from this electric kettle works perfectly. The multiple heat settings and gooseneck spout is what first drew me to this kettle and both work exactly how I was hoping they would. I recommend this electric kettle to anyone who likes a variety of hot drinks.

Works well, easy to use. replaced a prev chefman kettle with buttons that no longer worked so like that these buttons are displayed out for easier selection! heats up so quick and gooseneck is great for coffee pour overs. 0.8L is pretty small like for 2 cups of coffee/tea so thats the only disadvantage as we had 1.8L previously but with it heating up quick, i dont see the capacity being an issue if you need more water. Some steam can come out by the top so some caution when removing the top to refill when its still hot
