I bought a pack of 3 to give to my son for easter and only 1 card out of the three had a balance of $20. Now, I dont know how to get reimbursed or validate the cards. Again, make sure to check balance when giving this as gift.

During the Holiday season, we do a lot of shopping at the malls. I have 8 small grandkids and they love to meet Nana and Pop at Steak n Shake. You can't go wrong with gift cards at a reduced price.

I bought this card and found out our local Steak and Shake had just closed. Neither the restaurant chain or Sams would refund money. Both told me to contact the other. With no other Steak and Shake restaurants close by it was a waste of money because I can' t use them. I won't buy cards again.

Cards would not work. Sent second set. Would not work either. Unable to get refund. Sam’s store is aware of problem. Employees don’t know what to do.
