Need a replacement we use this twice and when we went to go and use it again this year it doesn’t work at all

Was given one for Birthday present and have been cooking everything from chicken to homemade bread , works get . Temp takes a little tweaking on certain items ,but not a real issue

Love the ninja products, have multiple including the knives in my home. This grill is great for making an easy dinner or smoking. Use the smoker lots of times for anything from chicken to brisket
