Worked well for about 8 months and then no longer powers up at all. No display, nothing. No, it is not the GFCI switch on the cord. Manually tripped and reset several times.

Oven only worked for three years, now when I try to start it nothing happens, once in a great while it will start. This has been going on for over a year. Very frustrating and very disappointed with the oven.

Great oven! The pizza comes out with a perfect crispy crust and bakes evenly. It's very easy to use, but the oven is quite heavy — I recommend being careful when moving it.

Best backyard pizza cooker hands down! Got myself this pizza oven for Christmas after looking at and reading reviews from other of its closest competitors. I love the fact that I don't have to rotate the pizza. Put it in. Close the door. 6 minutes later my pizza is cooked to perfection. . . every single time. The smoke feature is the best. I buy the Sam's Club pizza kit that comes with the crust and sauce packs, which some might say is a step above frozen, but this little oven takes it to a whole new level. I mix the sauce with some Rao's Pizza Sauce, add toppings, throw on the cheese. . .in the oven it goes and the crust comes out crisp, cheese slightly charred and the smoky flavor is exquisite! Fridays are pizza night and we look forward to it more than ever now. One of my better purchases, for sure. I don't use the oven for anything else because it's not easy to clean, but that's why I have my Breville oven. It handles the rest.

Was a little reluctant about getting an electric pizza oven but this one has such great reviews and Sams had the best price on it by far during the holiday season. My wife had previously made pizzas in the kitchen oven and I was never really very happy with them. This thing was so simple to use. Just plug it in. Turn it on to preheat and wait for it to say its ready then insert pizza and press Start. How could they make it any more simple? From reading other people's reviews about this one I was expecting the first couple of pizzas to maybe not go so well. Boy was I surprised though. We cooked 2 pizzas on our first try and both turned out absolutely fantastic. We used the Universal dough recipe provided in their cooking guide. The dough rose quite a bit during the cooking process and ended up being almost as thick as deep dish pizza which I really like. We cooked one on the 3 minute Neopolitan setting and it rose a bit less and the other on the 8 minute New York style setting and it rose more. Both pizza's were perfectly cooked both on the bottom and the top. No burning and a nice crisp but not overly crisp bottom. Honestly I would say they turned out restaurant grade except we probably should have used some italian seasoning on them when we made them which we will add next time. Overall we couldn't be more impressed though with this product for a first try and we're really looking forward to more pizza and trying it for all the other modes as well.

I gave this to my husband for Christmas. He wanted it but he usually never uses what he gets. This he has used a lot. He cooks in it all the time. Baked potatoes are the best. Yummy & fast. He’s cooked steak, chicken, roast. Everything has been great.

Gourmet pizza is my favorite food and this oven does not disappoint. I wasn't sure if the electric heating would be as good as a totally wood-fired oven, but it is less work, more consistent, and faster! We're using it weekly and it continues to perform perfectly.

Cooks a perfect pizza in 2.5-3 minutes without turning or fuss. It is unbelievable!
